Kerrie OConnor is an Office Operations Computer Support Specialist at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Working in conjunction with the Helpdesk, she provides computer support for academic and administrative employees, as well as some student support. She mentors end users and helpdesk student workers by developing and providing one-on-one and small group instruction, documentation and workshops. Kerrie also plays a major role in all aspects of Technology Orientation including organizing and updating the process, people, and materials involved, along with delivering the sessions. Kerrie received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the College of the Holy Cross, and a Certificate in Secondary Education from Worcester State College.
