Resourceful Information Technology professional with over 22 years of managerial, technical and customer service experience in higher education.  I possess a positive, can-do attitude, and am passionate about supporting both people and technology.  I enjoy working closely and harmoniously with colleagues throughout the organization and across a variety of technologies.
