Biography

I am an education, technology and public sector executive based in Melbourne, Australia, with more than 20 years of experience across K to 12 education, vocational education and training, higher education partnerships, health education, technology ventures and public sector advisory.

I am the Founder and Director of Breakthrough Education, a successful K to 12 and senior secondary education business built over nearly 25 years. I am also currently the CEO of the Australian College of Health and Fitness and the Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy.

My work focuses on student outcomes, personalised learning, pathway development, education technology, learning analytics, workforce capability and the practical adoption of cloud and AI in education settings. I have worked with leading Melbourne universities, including Monash University, RMIT University and the University of Melbourne, across education technology, applied innovation, cloud adoption and AI use cases. 

I am particularly interested in how education institutions can move from fragmented systems toward more data informed, personalised and scalable learning environments. I am also interested in responsible AI adoption, digital campus strategy, research and data infrastructure, micro credentials, institutional sustainability and the role of technology in improving access, engagement and student success.
