Biography

Khouloud, a transformational leader and an IT professional with 22 years of experience in information technology in higher education. She has functional and managerial experience with almost every area of IT with a proficiency in systems deployment and project management, specialized in IT operational improvement, and strategic technology planning. Started her professional career as System Programmer/Analyst, Network Analyst, and gradually moved up to Systems/Applications Analyst lead. Then she began managing and administrating enterprise applications and systems, and managing enterprise deployment in the area of electronic communication, and systems and identity integration. Currently she is directing and leading the technical groups who are maintaining and supporting critical business applications that support the college business and students’ services which include the Enterprise Resources Planning, all business systems, Integration, and the developer team. She completed her BA-Computer Science from St. Louis University in 1990, her Masters of Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis in 2011 and her Graduate Certificate in Project Management in 2009.
