Biography

Kimberly Harper is the University of Nebraska's Assistant Vice President for IT Strategy and Planning.  Kimberly's primary responsibilities include providing strategic planning and direction of IT's budget and financial management, project and portfolio management, and human resource management functions.  Kimberly came to ITS from the Provost Office where she was an Institutional Research analyst for four years. She has a Masters degree in Social Psychology from Kansas State University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
