Biography

Kimberly Renee Knowles serves as a HERO (Higher Education Retention Officer) for Upswing.io, an EdTech on a mission to help more nontraditional and historically marginalized students graduate by partnering with colleges to make holistic student support resources accessible to all students. Kimberly transitioned out of higher education after working for 16+ years as an Academic Success Coach for the University of San Francisco and graduating from the RecastSuccess Customer Success Bootcamp. Kimberly lives in the Lisle / Naperville area, is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and serves on the CuSP: A Chicago Customer Success Community board.
