Biography

I am the IT Project Portfolio Manager for the Division of Information Technology at the University of NC at Pembroke. I received my B.A and M.P.A from UNC Pembroke. After seven years as Executive Assistant to the Chancellor at UNC Pembroke, I took on a new position as IT0 Project Portfolio Manager.   In my current role, I oversee all aspects of all IT projects from pre-approval, acceptance, execution to closure. 

To further elaborate, I currently am responsibility for managing and updating our project portfolio which currently consist of 51 active IT projects; lead and facilitate all lessons learned and kickoff meetings face to face and provide management with summary results; I am respoinsible for maintaining a fully functional project portfolio for our department.
