Biography
Kirsten Nagel is currently a Sr. Strategic Customer Success Manager for Education at Adobe. Here she partners with select higher education institutions during the post-sales experience with Adobe to drive active use and maximize the return on a customer's technology investment. Immediately prior to joining Adobe she consulted with higher-education institutions to develop strategies for their digital marketing and media needs. Kirsten served as the Director of Digital Technology Solutions and Services at Case Western Reserve University. There, she created and managed a broad digital strategy to drive change and innovation throughout the university. Kirsten oversaw operations in the rapidly changing digital sectors of video production, mobile applications, social media, learning based objects and web-based information management. The Digital Technology Solutions and Services team directly supported the technology communication, technology education and digital media and learning object production needs of the university community. Kirsten's prior management experience includes nearly 20 years in Marketing for leading consumer products companies whose brands include GE Lighting, Liquid Nails Construction Adhesives and Glidden Paints. Immediately before joining Case Western Reserve, she directed the global corporate and marketing communications efforts for the world's leading manufacturer of social and charitable gaming solutions. There, Kirsten was responsible for creating and executing the international marketing vision, strategy and support for the corporation. Kirsten graduated in 1999 from Baldwin Wallace College with an MBA in systems management. She also attended the University of Cincinnati while studying Interior Architecture. Her undergraduate degree is from Baldwin Wallace College with a BA in studio art. Kirsten is Six Sigma green belt certified and PMI trained.
