Kristin Bittner

Biography

Kristin Bittner is an instructional designer for Penn State Harrisburg and Penn State World Campus. She specializes in online course design and supports online programs in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. Kristin also serves on several research teams and university committees including the World Campus Military Committee, the Media & Learning Design Team, Social Media Research Team, and the Penn State Harrisburg United Way Committee. Kristin has a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University. Prior to joining Penn State, Kristin was an instructional designer for Lockheed Martin and designed aircrew training for the U.S. Air Force. Kristin is married and lives with her husband and family pets in Mount Joy, PA. She has 10 years of military service and is currently serving as an Education Officer in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.
