Biography

I am the Executive Director of Onle Learning & Technology at the Commnity College fo Rhode Island.  I am also an adjunct professor in the Trefz School of Business and The School of Professional Studies at the University of Bridgeport and an sssociate faulty mmber at Post University. I have worked in higher education for the last 15 years as a  program chair, director, and business school dean. I have developed, designed, and teach business, leadership & management courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs .

I alos have more than 30 years of experience in the Environmental Services industry as an entrepreneur, consultant, manager, and educator and held management and leadership positions for some of the largest companies in the green industry. I am a former Military Policeman who served in the U.S. Army and Past President of the Board of Directors for The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Waterbury.

ABD - Currently completing my dissertation research at Fielding, working toward a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems.
