Biography

Ksenia Ionova is an instructional designer in the Center for Teaching Innovation, providing support to Cornell faculty with a focus on learning technologies used to enhance and facilitate teaching and learning experiences. Ksenia has a background in teaching, international education, and community engagement. Over the past decade she facilitated online and face-to-face instruction, helping international students and professionals gain necessary language, communication, and academic skills to transition to new educational contexts in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Ksenia holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and publishing, and a master’s degree in TEFL, both from Ural State Pedagogical University in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
