Biography

Kurt Kraiger is the Chair of the Department of Management at the University of Memphis, and is also co-founder of jobZology, a software as service company offering a career planning platfrom for schools and individuals.  Kurt is a noted researcher with fellow status in both the Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the Association for Psychological Sciences. His passion is helping people find and pursue their purpose through self-awareness, education, and mentoring.
