Biography

Kyla is the Associate Director of Enterprise CRM & Engagement Solutions for UW-Madison, overseeing enterprise marketing automation and campus-wide CRM implementation. She has 30 years of higher education experience in student-facing and technology implementation roles. Kyla is active in the Salesforce community as co-leader of the Upper Midwest Higher Education User Group and is serving her first term with the Higher Education Advisory Council. She is certified as a Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant and Education Cloud Consultant. Kyla earned her BA degree in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University and MA degree in Media Communications from Webster University.
