Biography
Interested in finding ways to improve undergraduate computer science education, be it through teaching, instructional design or research. At the Rutgers Laboratory for Computer Science Research I designed, built and now manage the CAVE, a collaborative instructional lab in the Rutgers Computer Science department. I'm a founding member of the Rutgers Computer Science Education Research Group (CSERG) and I also provide course support for technology. I hold a BS in Computer Science, an MEd in Educational Psych and am a PhD student in the Learning Sciences at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education where my research interests are in examining Computer Science Education from a cognitive psychology and cognitive neuroscience perspective and Gaming in Education. Specialties also include behind the back look-away passes and corner threes.EDUCAUSE Presentations
