Biography

As the Associate Vice President of Learning Design and Engagement at Los Angeles Pacific University (LAPU) in southern California, Laura Silva leads course design and development efforts for online degree programs aimed at the adult learner. In collaboration with instructional designers, assistant deans, subject matter faculty and instructional media specialist, Laura and her team create cutting edge curriculum for degree and professional studies programs where assessments are aligned to competencies and outcomes. My responsibilities include management and collaboration of program design and development, curriculum design and assessment for online undergraduate and graduate professional programs.
