Biography

Laurel has served in higher education for nearly 30 years starting in IT at 2 different institutions (east and west coast), then working in sales and marketing for various software technology companies serving the higher education space.  Her passion is ultimately for higher ed success understanding the impact of serving every student with as individualized an experience as possible.  She currently serves as the VP of Marketing for Softdocs and is happy to help institutions put ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions together to create comprehensive digital student, employee, finance and advancement records together that are easier to access, secure, store and manage over the long-term giving institutions the agility they need.
