Biography

Larry Davis is a Professor of History and Chair of the History, Political Science, and Economics Department at North Shore Community College in Danvers, MA. He also teaches the history of technology at College Unbound. In addition to his own teaching, Larry's main interest is faculty development, especially in the areas of integrating Open Educational Resources (OER) and technology into face-to-face and online courses. He was one of the first faculty members at NSCC to develop and deliver online courses over fifteen years ago and is now working with his colleagues to find collegial, community-based, and ethical ways to integrate AI into teaching and learning.
