Dr. Leif Nelson is Executive Director of Learning Technology Solutions and Research Computing within the Office of Information Technology at Boise State University. Leif has been providing expertise and leadership in higher education IT support and management at Boise State and at various institutions within the University of Wisconsin System. He has taught several courses in the fields of Information Science, Education, and Leadership. His areas of expertise and research interests gravitate towards sociological and philosophical views of education and technology.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that an intentionally dialogical approach between the business and academic stakeholders at Boise State University effectively ensures transparency and buy-in from the campus community for educational technology projects.
