Leslie Maxfield
Biography
Leslie Maxfield is the director of Academic Media Technologies at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), where she and her team provide technology support including: implementing lecture capture systems, broadcasting live events and lectures, developing media distribution channels, installing system integration solutions for online collaboration, and creating videos for press releases, institute marketing, and educational outreach. Leslie is passionate about the co-evolution of humans and technology and its impact on the future, including its impact on higher education. She is a graduate of Caltech and University of California, Berkeley, and has served on the boards of Caltech's Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship program and TEDxCaltech.EDUCAUSE Presentations
