Lillian Sartori


In 1985 I started providing technology support at the College of Staten Island/CUNY.   Currently as the Assistant Vice President of Edu Services/IT at The New School, my team and I provide centralized support services.  Areas of support include the university equipment checkout, event support, card services, the IT service desk, and learning spaces which include classrooms, open labs and printing.  With the various leadership changes, I have seen and experienced many styles and approaches to managing teams in an effort to support our constituents.

Our focus is on providing reliable support to our faculty, students and staff as well as various internal and external events that help support our programs and engage the university’s mission.  To be successful we partner with our schools, executive leadership, peers and community to engage and provided the necessary support services.
