Lilly Lavner (she/her) serves as the EDUCAUSE Portfolio Manager for the Advising Success Network, and primarily provides strategic, project management, operational, and reporting support to EDUCAUSE-led initiatives as a part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation ASN Investment Grant. Before joining EDUCAUSE, Lilly worked in nonprofit program management and higher-education, with a variety of small liberal arts colleges and larger research universities. She also managed the implementation of the Undergraduate and Faculty Fellows Program for a Diverse Professoriate, a Mellon Foundation funded initiative that brought together the Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM) and Big Ten Academic Alliance member institutions to expand interest and participation of first-generation, low-income, and students of color in the career pipeline from college student to liberal arts college professor. Lilly earned her M.A. in higher education and M.S. in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of Michigan. She also recently completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute.
