Linda is an Assistant Director at Boston Universityâ€™s IT Help Center. With over twenty yearsâ€™ experience in client services and training, she is passionate about organizational and professional development and is committed to delivering the tools and competencies needed to build skills and succeed. She is currently co-facilitator of IS&Tâ€™s Professional Development Academy, co-facilitator of BUâ€™s Technology Support Community Forum, participant in the Boston Consortiumâ€™s IT User Services and Training groups and a member of BUâ€™s Training Group and HR Exchange partnership group.
Previously, Linda coordinated the campus-wide technology training program open to the BU community. She designed and delivered a broad range of training programs and was vendor liaison and site coordinator for Element K. Linda has enjoyed presenting at Educause, NERCOMP and at other events on learning & development topics.
Linda is a certified coach and consultant who works with private clients, specializing in the areas of personal growth, leadership transformation, and organizational strategy. She has a BFA in Writing from Emerson and a M.Ed. in Developmental Studies: Human Development & Education from BU.
