Biography

LINDA JERRETT Linda is the Director of Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) at Boston University's IT Help Center. With over twenty-five years of experience in client services, organizational development and high-level problem resolution, she is passionate and committed to removing obstacles and improving processes. She co-facilitated IS&T's Professional Development Academy and continues to serve as a mentor and guide to colleagues and direct reports. Linda has deep roots in training and development and has enjoyed presenting at Educause, NERCOMP and at other events on organizational and developmental topics. Linda is certified in change management, project management and executive coaching. Her consulting work focuses on the areas of organizational change, leadership transformation, special projects, and strategic visioning. She has a BFA in Writing from Emerson and a Master of Education from Boston University.
