Biography
Linda McCarty is the Human Resources Coordinator with Information Technology at the University of Oklahoma. She has been with The University for over 26 years and has worked for IT for the past 18. In January of 2008 she moved to the Talent and Organization Programs (TOP) division of IT. The TOP division is responsible for the training needs of IT staff as well has the majority of the human resources functions which include all aspects of the hiring processes and in-house training. Her primary responsibilites include creating site specific job descriptions, creating and maintaining org charts, processing training/travel request, maintaining the training budget and scheduling training sessions for our staff.
