
Linda Shatzer
Biography
Linda Shatzer is currently the Change Management and Organizational Readiness Manager in the Computer Information System Group at the City University of New York. In this capacity, she is responsible for the change management, training, and communications for the implementation of the modernization of the finance, human resources and student systems at the University. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Baruch College in the School of Public Affairs teaching a course on Administrative Services in Colleges and Universities. Prior to this position, Linda was a Vice President at Comcast and AT&T Broadband where she managed wireless services and the launch of cable services in Denver, Dallas and St. Louis. In addition to these corporate positions, she worked in public education in New Jersey and New York as an Educational Media Specialist, High School English Teacher, Curriculum Supervisor and Reading Specialist. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in English from Brooklyn College and a Ph.D. in Communications from Rutgers University. Her publications have been in the area of cost savings through electronic delivery of training.EDUCAUSE Presentations
