By identifying and minimizing where its operations were leaking value, Monash University increased its impact and improved the perception of IT’s value among its business partners.
Lindsay has over 10 years experience leading organisational change in Higher Education. He is currently the Executive Manager, IT Strategy and Planning at Monash University, Australia's largest University, ranked 84th globally (in the world's top 1%), teaching over 78,000 students and supporting over 18,000 staff across 7 campuses in Australia and internationally. Lindsay leads ICT strategy and planning for the CIO portfolio, with a focus on strategic partnerships and relationships. He has lead strategic change initiatives across the organisation and established the Business Relationship Management capability for Monash University. He has held the position of Vice Chair of the global Business Relationship Management Council and as a member of the executive leadership team, as well as Chair of the Australian Community. He is a strong communicator, having presented at conferences internationally. Lindsay has expertise in Scaled Agile, Scrum, Portfolio, Program, Change and Relationship Management. He has been integral to the CIO Portfolio's Agile transformation and building stronger relationships across the University.
