Biography

Lisa is an IT manager who has solid experience in LMS deployment, migration, administration, and third‑party tool integrations. She now draws on that background to make complex systems approachable and accessible, and is passionate about helping faculty use technology in effective, equitable, and inclusive ways. She also brings 20+ years of web technology leadership as University webmaster, where she directed major web services initiatives, developed institutional standards and policies, and advanced campus-wide accessibility and usability. In addition to her system and leadership work, Lisa has expertise in full‑stack development, multimedia production, graphic design, content strategy, and web accessibility. Most recently, she has led AI‑focused projects, including piloting an Interactive Chemistry Study Coach AI agent and AI‑enabled presentation tools, and is committed to using AI thoughtfully to support teaching, learning, and student success.
