Biography

Dr. Lisa Clark's diverse and extensive professional career spans over 20 years within higher education. She joined the Blackboard team (now Anthology) over 7 years ago and currently serves as a Senior Product Manager working globally with institutions on advancements in the Learn Ultra environment. Previously, Lisa served as a Senior Strategic Client Experience Manager where she supported higher education faculty and administration in over a dozen different countries to promote the successful adoption and implementation of distance education initiatives utilizing the Blackboard suite of tools. She has also been leading global strategic discussions on various topics related to student success, online course development and innovative pedagogical strategies. Lisa graduated with an EdD in Higher Education Teaching & Learning where her research included improving faculty preparedness for teaching online and improving student engagement and quality of content in the online course environment.

Dr. Clark is a published researcher and regular presenter at professional conferences on distance learning.
