Biography
Lisa Wilson is a Senior Programmer and Producer/Director for the Educational Technology Group at Mediaworks, a department of Information and Educational Technology at University of California, Davis. Mediaworks provides professional media services to support the UC Davis mission of teaching, research and outreach.
Lisa specializes in building applications for online courses using database interactivity to manage content presentation. As the Mediaworks project manager for the General Chemistry Online Laboratories, she leads a team of graphic designers, programmers and students to ensure that the applications meet both the education and functional requirements set out by faculty and the Provost. Her programming experience includes Macromedia's ColdFusion MX and Flash MX, JavaScript, and Oracle SQL. Lisa holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from CSU, Sacramento.
