Higher education IT leader with over 25 years experience focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. Designing and implementing services with the customer voice as a primary driver, updating IT service and support centers, service management operations, desktop management, identity and access management services, IT communications, and student-serving facilities including computer labs, learning environments and a technology store. Developing and facilitating strategic plans and roadmaps to align services with customer goals and effectively communicate status and results.

Most recently, led the Client Experience team at Michigan State University as Executive Director for Client Experience. Previous leadership roles at UCLA as Director of Customer Engagement, and Head of the UCLA Library Digital Initiatives and IT Operations and Services, and at USC as Senior Manager of Learning Environment Support.

Currently exploring opportunities to lead projects, change management and process improvement initiatives that make a positive difference in customer experiences and deliver results for customers.

Enjoys running, cycling, swimming, hiking and other outdoor activities, participating in triathlons and running events. Also, crochet when it's yucky outside.
