Lisa Keohane

Biography

Lisa Keohane has worked in higher education for over 15 years an Instructional Technologist and Faculty member. Her skills include teaching, technical writing, curriculum and course development, and assessment development and implementation. Her expertise with academic technologies includes learning management systems, synchronous and asynchronous tools, and social media tools. At Babson, she is responsible for leading innovation pilots related to academic technologies and providing support for stakeholders. Her role includes researching, benchmarking, and documenting innovation tools, as well as training faculty and members of the Babson community. As a community leader, Lisa has more than five years of experience as a student advocate, mentor, and trainer, working with students, parents, educators, and administration to promote online safety and raise awareness about cyberbullying. Lisa is a Certified Educator for Common Sense Media and the Massachusetts State Representative for The Bully Project. She holds a Master's Degree in Training and Curriculum Development from Lesley University, and BA Degree in English from Merrimack College.
