Lisa Nickel
Biography
Lisa Nickel is the Head of Access Services at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's J. Murrey Atkins Library. She received her BA in History from Rutgers University, and earned an MA in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida. Lisa attended the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Institute for Information Literacy Immersion Program, and is active in both ALA, ACRL, and EduCause. She presents and publishes on access services, leadership, and technology. Lisa also teaches LIBS 150, "Information Literacy and Research Methods" as an adjunct for UMUC, University of Maryland University College.EDUCAUSE Presentations
