Biography

I am currently a Project Leader of the Student Information Systems Team at NYU IT which I have been a part of since December 2011. Our team is involved in various initiatives not only to ensure the most effective and efficient use of the system but also to ensure student success and improved user experience. As Project Leader, I coordinate efforts between our team and various stakeholders, make sure we deliver high quality work, ensure knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing, take ownership and assume an SME (Subject Matter Expert) role as needed.
