Biography

Louis Brooks is the Director of Digital Infrastructure for the Florida State University Libraries, where he leads technology services supporting students, faculty, researchers, and staff across multiple library locations. His interests include artificial intelligence in higher education, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and technology strategy. Louis is passionate about helping institutions adopt emerging technologies in practical and sustainable ways and enjoys collaborating with colleagues across higher education to share ideas and best practices. He is a frequent contributor to discussions on AI, technology leadership, and the future of higher education
