Ph.D in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) with a research focus on technology training in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERPs), UX, Digital Accessibility, Instructional and User-Centered Design.
Passionate about inclusion in living and learning spaces, design with digital accessibility in mind, and Universal Design in Learning.
Other Research interests: Organizational change management, new system design, digital content strategy, instructional design, and intelligent tutoring systems.
Reading: Keeping up with trends in fusing technology into education and policy to meet user needs, being attentive to ethical challenges, and striving for effective communication around the globe.
