Lynn has been an instructor for the University of Waterloo’s Work Integrated Learning Program since 2012 and has coordinated extensive educational programming related to conflict management in the workplace for the Conflict Management and Human Rights office. Her current research interests include AI enhanced XR learning and the use of educational technologies in promoting student wellbeing. Lynn aims to ensure that her own teaching is research-informed, student centered, and responsive to the changing needs of learners. Her passion for teaching and learning is reflected in her ongoing efforts to help others connect with the resources that they need to facilitate development and delivery of extraordinary learning experiences.
