Maddy Lakshmanan
Biography
Maddy has done Masters in Computer Science from Clemson University. He started working with University of Phoenix in 2005. He has been in charge of designing, developing and managing three major dispute systems with in University of Phoenix. The first one is called Classroom Issue Tracking System which is used for complaints raised against the faculty during their classroom participation like late feedback etc.. The second one is called Academic Issue Tracker which is used to track the academic complaints against the student like code of conduct and plagairism issues. The last one is the grievance management system that is being used by Office of Dispute Management(ODM). Maddy is in charge of developing a new integrated dispute management system.EDUCAUSE Presentations
