Maleka Ingram
Biography
Maléka Ingram, D.Sc., is a higher education administrator and digital learning strategist. Over the past 20 years she has worked with technology firms, nonprofits, colleges and universities and small businesses to identify and solve operational, performance and learning gaps. Her areas of expertise include adult learning theory, content development, digital, online, and blended learning, instructional design, learning evaluation, performance improvement, project management, and training.
Dr. Ingram currently serves as the Executive Dean for Adler University’s Online Campus. In this role, Ingram manages the online campus budget, oversees academic programming and operations, and supervises the student experience and academic advising and educational design and innovation teams.
Before joining Adler, Ingram held leadership positions at Walden University, Laureate Education, and Intel Corporation.
In her personal life, Ingram is committed to community activism and engagement. She is the founder of OUR Time OUT, a LGBTQIA+ social, political, and networking group. She also serves on the City of South Fulton Economic Development Advisory Board.
Ingram holds a doctorate from the University of Baltimore, a master’s from the Ohio State University, and a bachelor’s from Spelman College.
