Marco Martinez
Biography
Marco Martinez is the Information Technology Consultant for Academic Technology and Creative Services (ATCS), and the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at Sacramento State University. In his dual role he directly supports the Instructional Technology consultants for ATCS, and also directly supports faculty at the CTL. His current interests and responsibilities include managing and supporting faculty in the use of the Student Response System program at Sac State, and facilitating Faculty Learning Communities in the use of mobile devices in the classroom; particularly the iPad as tool for instruction. He has a B.A. in Economics, a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration with emphasis in Adult Learning. He is also a proud father to two little boys that keep him feeling young and physically active.EDUCAUSE Presentations
