Margaret Gunderson

Biography

Dr. Margaret Gunderson has worked within the field of educational technology or distance education for over 25 years. Currently, she is the Associate Director of Educational Technologies at Missouri (ET@MO) at the University of Missouri in Columbia (MU). Her areas of expertise include evaluation and assessment, GIS applications, the effective use of educational technologies for teaching and learning, and instructional design. In addition to her administrative role, Dr. Gunderson has also been an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis in MU's College of Education. Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Technology, GIS Certificate, M.Ed. degree in Counseling and Personnel Services, and B.S. in Education.
