Biography
Margaret Harrington leads the policy development process and operational implementation for USC’s university-wide identity management program. She directs Organization Improvement Services, a unit providing leadership and support for efforts to enhance management processes and service delivery throughout the university. Harrington has guided improvement initiatives in research administration, student financial services, curriculum review processes, and other areas. She also serves on the board of directors of the National Consortium for Continuous Improvement in Higher Education.
