Margaret Matthias
Biography
Margaret Matthias is an Instructional Design and Support Assistant in Marywood University’s Distance Education & e-Learning Office. She has been working with non-traditional course offerings at Marywood since 1996. She reviews various software and technology packages and makes recommendations for their usage. She provides guidance in the use of technology in non traditional course formats as well as providing technical support to faculty administration, staff and students. She provides one on one, as well as group, trainings and support for Blackboard (WebCT), Moodle, video conferencing, streaming activities, podcasting, video/audio editing, formatting and distribution. Her educational background includes computer programming and office administration.EDUCAUSE Presentations
