Biography

As the Director Library Services at the University of Wollongong (UOW) Australia, Margie provides leadership and direction for library services spanning six onshore campus locations and guidance for offshore library partnerships in the UAE and Asia.  She is currently the President of the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL). She is playing an integral role in the establishment of the International Alliance of Research Library Associations. Leadership development is a key interest, as reflected in her faculty role with the CAUDIT Leadership Institute (2012-2017) and involvement with the Aurora Institute for Emerging Leaders as a mentor (2015-2016). She is also a member of the editorial board for the journal: Performance Measurement and Metrics.
