Margo Griffith

Biography

My current passion is centres around the emerging skills ecosystem and how technology can enable learners to tell their individual stories of what they know and can do. Additionally I consult on how to leverage exisitng and legacy systems to provide skills visibility to the excosystem and ensure scale  and sustainability of skills based learning and skills based hiring.

I am based in the lovely Northern Rivers of NSW in Australia.

My career spans a diverse range of businesses, with nearly all of them in the Education sector. I started off as a Speech Language Pathologist and then made my way into Educational Publishing, eventually leading the Australasian sales teams for major global companies such as John Wiley and Sons and McGraw-Hill. I have also held national and international business development roles within Multinationals (Cengage and Reed-Elsevier) and start-up/scale up businesses in biometrics and EdTech.

I integrate work with my two (nearly) grown up daughters, an energetic Border Collie and a sassy cat. I am a connector at heart and a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in all areas of life.
