Marilu Goodyear

Biography

Marilu Goodyear is Interim Director of the Human Organization Performance Effectiveness Master's program at the University of Kansas and one of the founding partners in ConsultFour, LLC.  Dr. Goodyear holds a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Colorado and an MPA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.  She has over thiry years of experience in senior leadership in information technology, program development and performance management.  Her research focuses on organizational change.  She is a Fellow of the National Academy for Public Administration.    

From 2014 to 2019 she was the Associate Vice Chancellor at KU's Edwards Campus in Kansas City and before that the Director of the School of Public Affairs and Administration.  From 1999 until 2005 she was the vice provost for information services and the chief information officer for The University of Kansas. In this role, she lead all campus-wide software, hardware and networking technology services, printing services and the KU libraries.
