Biography

Mark Liggett is an IT leader with extensive experience providing strategic & operational oversight & direction of enterprise information technology activities, committees, service units, and partnerships. Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and has a diverse background building and leading globally diverse workforces of local, remote, and offshore employee and vendor teams delivering IT services in hybrid cloud environments.

Mark has held leadership roles responsible for the architecture, development, and management of Information Technology functions including Vice President, CISO, Data Protection Officer, Director of IT Services, and Consultant.  He has also served an IT regulatory compliance expert, advising on a broad range of IT regulatory and legal compliance issues.  Mark has developed, managed, and delivered network and operations lifecycle solutions in highly regulated commercial sectors such as energy, financial services, government, healthcare, biomedical research, and construction.
