Mark Fitzgerald

Biography

 Mark is a graduate of Brigham Young University and has a Masters in Business Administration from Boise State. He holds industry certifications from Dell, Novell, HDI and in ITIL. Mark loves to teach others and participates in many workshops and conferences. In addition to being an adjunct professor at Boise State, he is the former chair the Help Desk Institute (HDI) Higher Education Forum and serves on their Desktop Support Advisory board. Mark and his wife have three wonderful boys and a little girl and live in Meridian where they enjoy cooking, photography and music.
