Mark Reynolds


Mark Reynolds is Manager of Support Services for Northwestern University Information Technology. His responsibilties include the centralized help desk, ResNet, and project management. In addition to these responsibilities, Mark is involved in computer security projects and deployment of new and improved services. Prior to joining Northwestern, Mark has extensive experience as a manager and software developer at Bell Laboratories. He holds an MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Kansas and is CCNA certified.
