Biography

Mark Pope serves as Director of Customer Success and Web Accessibility Specialist at Pope Tech, specializing in higher education and government sector partnerships. He has been working with accessibility leaders in higher education since 2018 to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for website and course accessibility. Prior to joining Pope Tech, Mark was a lecturer in higher education with experience teaching both in-person and online courses. He holds a PhD in Human Development and Family Sciences.
