Marquis Walsh

Biography

Marquis Walsh holds a Masters in Broadcast Television, Radio and Film from the Newhouse School, Syracuse University. He has worked in the broadcast news industry at the local and network level. As a Peace Corps Volunteer he developed an Educational Broadcasting Unit for Belize’s Ministry of Education funded by a grant from U.N.E.S.C.O. He is also a founder of Great Belize Television, Belize’s first television station to produce local programming. In the field of education he ran the Digital Media Program at the Patricia A. Hannaford Career Center in Middlebury Vermont. He recently joined the Instructional Development Center in the Academic Technology Group of Computing and Information Services at UNH as an Instructional Designer after serving as a producer for UNH’s Video Production Department.
