Mary Ann Chianelli
Biography
Mary Ann Chianelli is the Associate Director for Microcomputer Services at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. With Rutgers since 1988, Mary Ann has moved from the administrative track within central computing to a technical managerial role in the support services area.She has responsibility for the Microcomputer Support Services Group, which provides LAN support to the more than 400 departments on the New Brunswick Campuses. Mary Ann authored an IT plan for the Rutgers senior administration that encourages movement toward standardization utilizing the volume purchase program within a TCO budgeting structure.
